First, we would like to know if you are getting a specific error message. With an error message, we can better find what your problem is.Also, please make sure that your browser is accepting cookies and that the security setting is set to Medium.

Also, Java Script must be enabled to fully use all the features of PoolExpert. Those are all the browser requirements to use PoolExpert. Those setting are correct by default in your browser unless you have changed them.
